Let it be known that the following new adjustments to Chinese visa and entry policies have been made and taken effect from 0:00 on 15 March 2023.

 1. Foreigners with valid visas issued before 28 March 2020 are allowed to enter China.

 2. All categories of Chinese visas can be applied for.

 3. Port visas are no longer suspended.

 4. The following visa-free policies are resumed:  

 · visa-free entry to Hainan Province

 · visa-free entry for cruise groups at Shanghai ports

 · visa-free entry to Guangdong Province for foreigners' groups from Hong Kong and Macao SARs

 · visa-free entry to Guilin of Guangxi Autonomous Region for tourist groups from ASEAN countries.
