On 28th February 2025, H.E. Mr. Wang Xuefeng, Chinese Ambassador to Denmark, visited theDanish Ministry of the Interior and Health and met with Ms. Dorte Bech Vizard, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior and Health.

Ambassador Wang stated that China and Denmark have maintained a longstanding and close cooperation in the health sector. Last year, the Minister of China’s National Health Commission, Dr, Lei Haichao paid a productive visit to Denmark. With golden opportunity of the 75th anniversary of our diplomatic ties, China sincerely hopes to work together with Denmark to further promote the implementation of “Green Joint Work Programme (2023-2026)”, jointly address global health challenges, and make greater contributions to enhance the health and well-being of our two peoples.

Vizard responded that, Denmark is willing to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with China in Health sector, to deliver greater benefits to both peoples.
