On September 24th, Chinese Ambassador to Denmark, H.E. Wang Xuefeng, met with members of Bakken Business & Pleasure.

Ambassador Wang elaborated on China's economic and social development achievements and the latest progress of China-Denmark economic and trade cooperation. He noted that H.E.Mr. Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Minister, paid a successful visit to Denmark in July this year, further implemented the important consensus reached between President Xi Jinping and Danish leadership, and expanded new connotations of the China-Denmark comprehensive strategic partnership. This year marks the start of China's 15th Five-Year Plan. China will comprehensively deepen reforms, expand high-level opening-up, and build a world-class business environment that is market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized, creating broad opportunities in deepening trade and investment cooperation with China for enterprises from Denmark and other foreign countries.

Members of Bakken Business & Pleasure spoke highly of the tremendous achievements China has made in economic and social development and expressed willingness to further strengthening practical cooperation with China, making contributions to deepening the relations and friendship between China and Denmark.
