On April 15, Chinese Ambassador to Denmark H.E. Wang Xuefeng paid a visit to the THORNICO Group and met with its founder, Thor Stadil.

Ambassador Wang noted that THORNICO's subsidiaries, including Ovodan Foods, have been operating in China for over 20 years, steadily expanding their investment and making positive contributions to China-Denmark economic and trade cooperation. This year, China's Two Sessions reviewed and adopted the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan, sending a strong signal of further opening-up at a high level. China will fully implement national treatment for foreign investers, foster a fair, transparent and predictable business environment, and create broad opportunities for foreign enterprises including THORNICO in deepening cooperation with China. It is hoped that the THORNICO Group will scale up cooperation, further tap into the Chinese market, and share China's development dividends.

Mr. Stadil stated that China boasts a complete industrial and supply chain, comprehensive supporting facilities and enormous market potential, making it THORNICO's most important strategic market worldwide.
