On March 2,Ambassador Deng Ying met with Mr.Mute Bourup Egede, Minister for Mineral Resources of Greenland Self-Government and his delegation. They held a friendly conversation.
Mr.Egede highly commended the successful visit to China of Mr. Kim Kielsen, Premier of Greenland Self-Government. He also briefed the unique geomorphic and natural resources features of Greenland, underlining the wish to strengthen mutually -beneficial cooperation with China in fields such as mineral industry.
Ambassador Deng underscored the great importance that China attaches to local exchanges including that with Greenland, and would seize the opportunity of 10th Anniversary of China-Denmark Comprehensive Strategic Partnership to push forward the practical cooperation.
