On 28 November,H.E.Mr.Wang Xuefeng,Chinese Ambassador to Denmark, met with Professor Troels Skrydstrup of Aarhus University,a winner of the Chinese Government Friendship Award for the Year of 2024.

Ambassador Wang extended his warm congratulations and sincere appreciation to Professor Skrydstrup for the tremendous contribution he has long made to cooperation between China and Denmark in science, technology and talent fostering, and shared with him some key takeaways of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of CPC on further strengthening international cooperation in science and technology and the latest progress in science and technology between the two countries. Ambassador Wang sincerely hopes that the communities of science and technology from both countries could make better use of the 75th anniversary of the China-Denmark diplomatic ties to further expand exchange and cooperation and jointly make even greater contributions to the bilateral relations.

Professor Skrydstrup recalled his unforgettable experience of attending the ceremony in China. He said that China has made remarkable achievements in science and technology and he has benefited a lot from his cooperation with Chinese partners and would like to further expand exchanges and cooperation in the future for greater benefits of the two peoples.
