New Requirements of HS/HDC QR code Application
2021-02-18 18:52

Starting from 20 February 2021, the Chinese Embassy in Denmark will make the following adjustments regarding HS/HDC QR code application:

Ⅰ. In addition to Covid-19 PCR/nucleic acid and IgM anti-body test results, applicants are also required to submit online a copy of valid residence certificate (such as residence permit, visa, or social security card/sundhedskort in Danish), and the travel itinerary. Those who fail to provide the required documents will not be able to obtain HS/HDC QR code.

Ⅱ. HS/HDC QR code will not be issued to passengers who will travel from Denmark to China via a third country.

Ⅲ. HS/HDC QR code will not be issued to those from countries with direct flight to China, even if they travel to Denmark by air or land for transit.

Ⅳ. For those from countries with no direct flight to China, HS/HDC QR code will only be issued to travelers who have taken one direct flight to Denmark. All passengers have to obtain HS/HDC QR code from the Chinese embassy or consulate in their residing countries, take Covid-19 PCR/ nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests at recognized testing station at Kastrup airport (see attached), and board the plane with a valid HS QR code or HDC QR code issued by the Chinese Embassy in Denmark.

In case of any discrepancy between this Notice and the previous relevant notices, this Notice shall prevail.
